Based in downtown Edmonds, Washington, Spee West is a local general contractor specializing in the construction of educational and public facilities throughout Western Washington. We work closely and collaboratively with Owners, Architects, and Subconsultants to build everything from schools to critical public facilities. Our projects are creative, sustainable, future-forward, and safe environments for students, educators, and public servants alike.

We pride ourselves in focusing on safety first when working on new construction, renovations, and occupied campuses. Our planned and executed safety approach keeps field crews, faculty, employees, and students away from the potential hazards of construction.

With safety as our highest priority at Spee West, we ensure our staff is trained and informed of necessary measures and precautions that must be taken and addresses on our sites. Spee West is a family of long term colleagues – our core group of tenured employees help maintain the safety culture that is expected from everyone that steps onto our project sites.
