Cedar Valley Community School is a steel-framed structure with brick masonry veneer exterior that has two-levels with twenty-four classrooms. These classrooms share movable walls to encourage team teaching. In addition, the elementary school includes a new media center, library, computer lab, story room and gymnasium. The gym is 7,400 SF with tournament-level flooring.
Unique Project Features
The project was constructed to preserve options for future development. Hillside location allows on-grade entry on both levels of the two-story classroom cluster.
