The Highland Middle School Replacement project was a complex two year project involving significant site improvements. Those improvements included new turf athletic fields, four CIP storm water detention tanks, widening of a major arterial roadway, street lighting and a new intersection.
Unique Project Features
The mechanical system includes a 132 bore geothermal field, fat plate solar hot water panels and chilled beams. The electrical system on the project included a 200.16kW solar array.
